Electrical Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead our electrical services team in residential renovation, commercial building reinstatement, and industrial factory projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in electrical works, including housing renovation or construction site management. They should also possess a valid driving license and be well-versed in cable sizing, local electrical codes, and electrical loading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising closely with homeowners or interior designers to provide project expertise and supervision.
- Attending site meetings and inspections assigned by the project director.
- Conducting site marking prior to commencement of work.
- Coordinating and arranging joint site meetings with relevant authorities for all electrical activities.
- Providing solutions and advisory to technicians in troubleshooting electrical faults and trips.
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Reviewing and updating ongoing project schedules and progress.
- Tracking job site progress with project coordinators and administrators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess strong project management and site coordination skills, as well as good communication skills to manage client requests and build customer relationships.
