We are seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to lead the development and implementation of BCM strategies across our organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive crisis and business continuity plans across relevant entities.
  • Act as a key coordinator during incidents, leading cross-functional response efforts involving Security, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Operations, and IT teams.
  • Promote the digitalization of BCM management, including the adoption of tools and platforms to enhance monitoring, reporting, and automation of continuity planning.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify resilience gaps, set Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs), and communicate business expectations.
  • Recommend and implement adaptable maintenance strategies that align with the business.
