Client Experience Representative
Job Description:To effectively manage branch operations, it is essential to comply with the established processes outlined in the Branch Operations Manual. This includes managing cash handling and ensuring that all operational controls are in place.
The role also involves resolving client complaints and feedback, while maintaining high standards of service excellence. This includes actively listening to clients' concerns, addressing their issues promptly, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for activating, educating, and directing clients to utilize digital channels, such as self-service terminals (SSTs). This will enable clients to efficiently conduct transactions and access various banking services.
Furthermore, the job requires generating new sales opportunities through referrals, processing various transactions over the counter, and ensuring accuracy in all transaction processing. The candidate must also ensure that all clients' requests are received and processed efficiently.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and operational controls
- Experience in client service and relationship management
