**Role Summary
PACES provides Relationship Managers (RMs) with a unique opportunity to harness the potential of their relationships and capitalize on them strategically. This innovative platform enables RMs to benefit from a more substantial share of the revenue they generate, surpassing what traditional banks and similar alternatives can offer.
The Relationship Manager holds direct responsibility for cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals, their family members, closely held entities, and third-party advisors. This role presents an exceptional chance for a seasoned family office professional with a diverse background to take on the responsibility of providing customized services and directly supporting the Head of Business Development in handling all aspects of family engagements and services rendered.
The individual in this position will be directly responsible for overseeing service operations and administration processes tailored to meet the needs of complex high-net-worth individuals and their entities. Moreover, they will be tasked with supervising specialized relationship teams.
- Responsible for all communications, scope and budget planning, seamless onboarding preparation and procedures, coordination of information sharing between family members and family office teams.
- Coordinate engagement entity structure documentation for family members, closely held entities, family trusts and foundations.
- Manage capital requests and budgeting processes for family members and households.
- Manage relationships with the third-party advisors, including legal, accounting, banking, partnership and finance relationships.
- Ability to challenge assumptions and adapt to an evolving landscape.
- Building positive relationships with customers.
- Help manage and uphold current client relationships.

**Job Requirements
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business administration, economics or finance.
**EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum of 5 years related experience
- Outstanding personal and professional network within the affluent/ HNWI/UHNWI segment
- Significant experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals and their advisors.
- Critical and strategic thinker who thrives in a quick pace, ever changing, complex environment.
- Detail oriented, but able to understand the families’ needs and the greater financial picture.
- Presents with professionalism, strong communication, writing and listening skills.
- Thoughtful leader regarding internal controls and protocol safety of personal data and information.
- Team player with a high EQ willing to “roll up their sleeves to do what it takes”.
- Approachable, trustworthy and dependable individual and leader, with exceptional interpersonal and team development skills.
