About This Role:

We're seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team in the ANZ and greater APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a robust background within the HR tech space, with experience in outbound sales to the mid-market sector.

This role reports directly into the regional sales leader and involves leading outbound sales efforts across the ANZ and greater APAC region, identifying and targeting potential clients to acquire.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead outbound sales efforts across the ANZ and greater APAC region, identifying and targeting potential clients to acquire.
  • Actively build and manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in revenue.
  • Leverage an existing network of clients and partners to quickly engage and generate new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of Horizons in the ANZ and greater APAC region by identifying new markets and opportunities for expansion.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience and min 2 years of experience in outbound sales within HR tech, ideally within the EOR or Payroll sectors.
  • A strong existing network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry that can be leveraged for immediate business opportunities.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
