Senior Information Systems Administrator

The IT Officer is responsible for providing daily operational support to the IT Department and acting as a liaison with teachers and key stakeholders to facilitate efficient IT helpdesk requests.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as technical knowledge of Windows, OSX, iOS, hardware, software, server, and networking.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Professional diploma or degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years' relevant working experience in helpdesk or onsite support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, OSX, iOS, hardware, software, server, and networking.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
