Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bank Teller to join our team. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet and assist customers with their banking needs, handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchanges.
  2. Accurately process various financial transactions, ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, balance cash drawers, and reconcile discrepancies.
  3. Assist customers with opening and managing accounts, update customer information as needed, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
  4. Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services, refer customers to appropriate bank specialists for additional services, meet or exceed sales and service goals.
  5. Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information, monitor for suspicious activity, and report any concerns.

Requirements:
  1. Education: Diploma or above.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or banking is a plus.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in basic computer applications, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Attributes: Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor, honest and trustworthy with a strong sense of integrity, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
