Job Overview:

A dynamic IT Program Analyst / Engineer is required to support project change requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service delivery for applications, servers, and network infrastructure.
  • Support and respond to user project / change requests, operational, cyber alerts and incidents.
  • Provide support to the programme management team in areas of technical solution analysis, planning, coordination, implementation and testing.
  • Prepare project-related reports and documentation for the PMO team.
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory, including tagging and tallying of assets.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service standards and service level agreements are fulfilled.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • IT qualification with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience / background.
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience on IT infrastructure and systems.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Experience in IT asset management and IMAC services is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management methodology and lifecycle would be an advantage.
