About the Role
">- The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for leading the financial planning and reporting processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting functions to drive business growth and profitability;
- Providing strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making;
- Analyzing financial and operational results to identify areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions;
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of financial plans;
- Developing and maintaining financial models and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards, including US GAAP and IFRS;
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of financial management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management;
- Solid finance/accounting working experience in manufacturing sites for more than 5 years with at least 3 years in managerial position;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure and analyze complex data;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to partner with cross-functional teams;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
- High level of maturity and emotional intelligence with ability to work in a matrix organization.
