Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with vendors to procure quotes for repair and maintenance services.
  • Enforce security protocols to prevent unauthorized access to buildings.
  • Provide support for VIP visits and other special assignments as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • A basic knowledge of housekeeping services, waste management, or pest control is essential.
  • A valid Class 3 driving license is required.
  • The ability to prepare reports using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
