Application Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of application monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution. They will be responsible for providing level 1 and level 2 application support to business users, analyzing and managing incidents, problems, and requests, and collaborating with the build team to assess the priority of problems and follow up on resolutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Application Monitoring: Define and implement application monitoring in coordination with the build team. Supervise and monitor daily and monthly chains, handle user requests, and ensure that problems are swiftly analyzed and resolved to minimize downtime.
  • Incidents and Requests Management: Provide level 1 and level 2 application support to business users, analyze and manage incidents, problems, and requests, and collaborate with the build team to assess the priority of problems and follow up on resolutions.
  • Problem Management and Continuous Improvement: Prepare and maintain a knowledge base for each application, collaborate with the build team to assess the priority of problems, and follow up on resolutions. Provide non-functional requirements to the build team to implement monitoring as code whenever available.
