The role of a Senior Patient Service Associate is to provide exceptional patient care by delivering friendly and efficient customer service. This position involves creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors in the Ambulatory Surgery centre and main lobby.

This associate will be responsible for greeting patients warmly and professionally, performing two patient identifiers, conducting triaging of patients to ensure they receive appropriate care based on their needs, responding to enquiries regarding services, appointments, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area, conducting patient registration by verifying patient information, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and in compliance with regulations.

This position requires effective communication skills to explain billing procedures and perform financial counselling.

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Perform 2 patient identifiers
  • Conduct triaging of patients to ensure that patients receive the appropriate level of care based on their needs
  • Respond to enquiries regarding services, appointments, and procedures
