Guest Service Associate Job Description

The Guest Service Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our residents by providing exceptional support in daily operations. This position is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere that enables residents to feel at home away from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, guaranteeing seamless transitions for residents.
  • Ensure prompt attention to all residents at the Front Desk, fostering a sense of community and personalized service.
  • Issue apartment access key cards, maintaining security and convenience for residents.
  • Anticipate and attend to residents' queries and needs, providing timely solutions to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Recommend nearby amenities, places of interest, and assist with travel, tours, and restaurant reservation arrangements, enhancing residents' overall experience.
  • Manage residents' accounts, information, and apartment availability in the system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintaining financial records and transactions.
  • Make and confirm reservations, ensuring seamless coordination of resident activities.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, promoting a smooth transition and effective integration into the team.
  • Respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails, and calls, and assist with requests, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
  • Handle and record resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers for resolution.
  • Receive and convey messages to residents promptly, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Handle the safekeeping of cash and residents' valuables and belongings, upholding confidentiality and trust.
