Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective data management. This entails preparing and distributing invoices, service memos, and associated documentation in a timely manner.

Moreover, the candidate will facilitate communication between drivers and customers to provide operational support and deliver outstanding customer service.

Assisting the Operations Manager with scheduling and assigning delivery tasks to drivers is also a critical aspect of the role. The candidate will maintain and update job order records, track deliveries, and accurately calculate driver incentives.

Prior experience in administration, operations coordination, or customer service is highly desirable but not mandatory.
