Job Title: Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Delivery Expert to join our team.

This is a critical role that involves delivering goods to customers, loading and unloading heavy materials, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple deliveries simultaneously, and maintain accurate records of delivered items. A strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to customers on time and in excellent condition
  • Load and unload heavy materials from vehicles, ensuring safe handling practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of delivered items, including signatures and delivery confirmations
  • Manage multiple deliveries simultaneously, prioritizing tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a delivery or logistics role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to lift and carry heavy materials (exceeding 20kg)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
