About the Opportunity

We seek a Senior Data Insights Expert to join our growth data analytics team. This role will involve monitoring overall growth trends, identifying opportunities, collaborating with growth product managers on product optimization, improving data monitoring tools, and studying best practices.

  • Responsible for analyzing growth product teams, including user journeys, campaigns, affiliates, and referrals.
  • Develop a sustainable analysis system and produce analytical reports.
  • Propose and design experiments to scientifically measure uplift and continuously optimize user experience.
  • Monitor growth product performances, identify potential issues, and proactively connect with the right PIC on solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology, or relevant fields.
  • Minimally 5-6 years of experience in Data Analysis, Market Analysis, Industry Analysis, or Business Analysis.
  • Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other tools.
  • Able to work independently on data analysis and report.
  • Experience in blockchain industry and exchange is preferred.
  • Experience in growth departments in internet companies is preferred.
