Data Analyst and Insights Expert

Drive business growth by leveraging data science initiatives to identify high-value opportunities. Develop and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions that align with organizational objectives, utilizing a customer-centric approach.

  • Create analytical models and integrate them into decision engines, championing best practices for model deployment, scalability, and monitoring in production environments.
  • Analyze customer behavior, life stages, affluence, and interests across various products and services, delivering actionable recommendations to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Enable robust data exploration, insight discovery, and experimentation for marketing campaigns, devising and executing rigorous A/B tests, segmentations, and optimization strategies to improve business outcomes.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, ranging from technical teams to senior leadership, in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Maintain best practices in coding, version control, and documentation to ensure collaboration and reproducibility, gaining exposure to production workflows and cloud-based environments with a focus on cost efficiency and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or postgraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Deep technical and data science expertise, demonstrating proficiency in machine learning & statistical modelling, efficient data manipulation, and data visualization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business problems through data analysis.
  • A team player with a customer-focused mindset, able to work well in a team and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent data visualization and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner, both in written and verbal form.
