Senior Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled data professional to join our analytics team.

  • Migrate data, develop dashboards, and implement HR-related analytics solutions.
  • Lead data migration projects from legacy systems to modern analytics platforms.
  • Design and implement data models and ETL processes to ensure clean, accurate, and consistent HR data.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, translate them into functional dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and performance optimization of dashboards and reports.
  • Provide training and support to users on accessing and interpreting dashboards.
  • Document data flows, dashboard design, and standard operating procedures for reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, ETL, and data modeling; experience in data migration and implementation projects; knowledge of HR systems is a plus; proficiency in dashboard design best practices and visualization principles.
  • Professional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions; excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams; detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis and visualization; experience in HR analytics dashboards preferred.
