Digital Media Growth Manager

OpenX is a leading digital advertising company that specializes in making markets and technologies that deliver optimal value to publishers and advertisers.
This role is for a strategic and commercially minded digital contributor who has built strong relationships and credibility amongst Media Agencies and Advertiser partners over the past 10 years in SEA.
You are well experienced in building and leading high-performance teams in the area of Adtech and programmatic media.
A successful candidate will be pro-active, self-driven, and values collaboration with people. They will switch easily from 'leading from the front' and think strategically to getting involved in day-to-day activities.
As a regional contributor in SEA and N.ASIA, you will identify how OpenX and our products can align to the needs of Agency and Advertiser partners in these regions.
You will use your trusted advisor skills and approach to grow revenue via investment partnerships with Agencies and Advertisers.
In partnership with the RVP, you will oversee the day-to-day workflow and outputs of the Buyer Development team in SG, and manage partner engagement including monitoring key performance indicators to ensure partners' success and satisfaction with our products, team, and driving revenue by identifying client growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders.
They will be a proactive problem solver with a results-driven mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
The role reports directly to the RVP of Buyer Dev Demand, APAC.
