Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Technician III to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch desktop/IT support to our global employees.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with various technologies and help resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.

About the Role

As a Desktop Technician III, you will be expected to:

  • Provide professional end-user support for users of computer applications and hardware (e.g. PCs, network, OS)
  • Log incident/trouble calls and emails into our Service Now ticketing system
  • Route support issues to senior level support technicians as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in desktop/service desk support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 O/S, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, BitLocker, various Antivirus solutions, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM
