About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional who can develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs for our Data Centre. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills, capable of analyzing risks, creating response strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational resilience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement BC/DR Programs: Create and execute comprehensive BC/DR plans that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, identify potential threats, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Crisis Management: Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve crises efficiently.
- Change Management: Manage project scope, schedule, and resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing pre-sales support and delivering high-quality projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in BC/DR, risk management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in a Data Centre Environment.
- Strong knowledge of BC/DR standards and frameworks.
- Proven experience conducting BIAs, risk assessments, and plan development.
- Familiarity with crisis management frameworks and incident response protocols.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organization. Proficiency in BC/DR software and tools is also essential.
Benefits- A competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
