Lead the development and implementation of security strategies to safeguard ANS facilities in alignment with regulatory guidelines.


Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead, develop and maintain processes and procedures for preventive and responsive security management of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure security protocols align with regulatory guidelines and best practices.

This role involves conducting regular risk assessments, establishing quality control activities, managing security inspections and audits, and raising security awareness within the organization. You will also provide training to ensure staff adhere to established security measures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security strategies to safeguard ANS facilities
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats
  • Establish and maintain an internal quality control system for security operations
  • Administer post-security inspection and audit findings
  • Research, consolidate, and disseminate relevant security information to raise awareness across staff
  • Stay up to date with national and international security regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5-10 years of relevant working experience in protective security management of critical infrastructure, with a proven track record in aviation security, and/or relevant enforcement background from public sector.

You will also need in-depth knowledge of MHA Security-by-Design process for critical infrastructure, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence and instill a strong security culture within the organization. Additionally, you should be able to think strategically and driven to push boundaries and encourage change.
