Key Role in Infrastructure Deployment Support

Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Administrator to play a key role in supporting the deployment of critical infrastructure across various sites.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Deployment Preparation: Ensure correct equipment and accessories are packed into delivery boxes (up to 20kg) before deployment.
  • On-Site Implementation Oversight: Verify contractors implement required network equipment for each site, proper patching and labeling of network cables and power cords, equipment user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and perform verification tests using a testing laptop to ensure application services are functioning end-to-end.
  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with backend infrastructure engineers to troubleshoot deployment issues.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Support other operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic knowledge of computer networks and system concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical ability to handle equipment up to 20kg.
