Senior Electrical and Mechanical Infrastructure Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical and Mechanical Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team at Samsung C&T Corporation.
Job Description:As a key member of our infrastructure coordination team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating with consultants for design works related to M&E services for mass rapid transit projects. Your role will involve interpreting specifications, complying with terms and conditions, and obtaining budget approvals from relevant authorities. You will also coordinate with LTA, SWCs, and other relevant authorities to develop CCSM and M&E designs.
In addition, you will supervise and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors, and site operation teams to facilitate installation works on site. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with relevant authorities for design approval and work permits, as well as ensuring that sub-contractors' M&E work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate with consultants for design works related to M&E services for mass rapid transit projects.
- Interpret specifications, comply with terms and conditions, and obtain budget approvals from relevant authorities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years' experience in construction supervision of similar scale and complexity is required, with at least 2 LTA MRT underground projects in related fields. Proficiency in BIM software and AUTOCAD is advantageous, and experience in writing tender specifications is preferred. Good communication, written, and analytical skills are essential.
Salary:The estimated salary range for this position is SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
