We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical and Electrical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

Salary: SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

 

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of M&E works on construction projects, from project planning and design to procurement, cost control, and site supervision. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Design
    • Review project specifications and technical clarifications
    • Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies
  • Site Supervision and Coordination
    • Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters
    • Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth work progress
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure all M&E works are compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
  • Administration and Reporting
    • Attend all the meeting as and when required
    • Temporary M&E works (eg: site office, trial holes, temp power supply etc)

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 5 years experience in Construction Industry
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently
  • AutoCAD & Revit Certificate
