Kitchen Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized team member to join our kitchen staff. As an Assistant Culinary Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

- Requirements:
- Relevant kitchen or F&B experience preferred but not mandatory;
- Positive working attitude with a willingness to learn;
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
- Physically fit to handle standing work and basic lifting;
- Good teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions carefully.
Working as part of our kitchen team will provide you with opportunities to learn from experienced chefs and kitchen staff, develop your skills further, and be an integral part of our culinary operations.

Key responsibilities include assisting chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation and cooking duties, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils, handling food storage, labeling, and rotation in accordance with food safety standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations by keeping workstations tidy and organized.
