Private Equity Fund Administration Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the administration of private equity funds. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day activities of our fund management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports;
- Coordinate and review financial statements and associated reports;
- Calculate and review carried interest/performance/incentive fees;
- Process payments and other transactions;
- Supervise junior staff and review their work;
- Act as a liaison with clients and other stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to respond to investor queries and disseminate capital activity notices;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A recognized accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent);
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in accounting for the financial services sector, particularly private equity, asset management, or fund administration;
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Motivation, diligence, and a strong work ethic;
- Proven supervisory skills with experience in managing small teams;
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and enterprise accounting systems;
- Familiarity with Investran or similar private equity systems.
