About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Trainer to join our team at Bracell. As a Culinary Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing culinary training programs for our team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement culinary training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that our culinary training programs meet their needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our culinary training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
  • Ensure that all culinary training programs are aligned with our company's quality and safety standards.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to our team members to help them develop their culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in culinary training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
