About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Finance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to our organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily finance operations, including payment processing, receipt handling, and transaction management
- Assist in preparing balance sheet schedules and ensuring accurate recording of accounting entries into the MYOB accounting system
- Post month-end closing journal entries
- Manage and maintain an organized filing system
- Perform general office administration tasks, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, and managing office supplies
Requirements
- LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong communication skills
