About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Finance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to our organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily finance operations, including payment processing, receipt handling, and transaction management
  • Assist in preparing balance sheet schedules and ensuring accurate recording of accounting entries into the MYOB accounting system
  • Post month-end closing journal entries
  • Manage and maintain an organized filing system
  • Perform general office administration tasks, such as filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving, and managing office supplies

Requirements

  • LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong communication skills
