Content Creation Specialist Role

We seek a talented Content Creation Specialist to join our dynamic team at FirstCom Academy.

In this role, you will have the freedom to ideate, produce, and deliver engaging content that inspires, educates, and connects with thousands of learners and professionals across various platforms.

  • Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and animations for social media platforms.
  • Design creatives for ads, campaigns, and day-to-day content using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Edit short-form video content (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  • Experiment with Generative AI tools for content ideation and design.
  • Work with marketing and community teams to align creatives with brand campaigns.
  • Maintain a content library and ensure brand consistency across all visuals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Design, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
  • Knowledge of generative AI tools for design and content creation.
  • Strong creative portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
