Event Coordinator Job Description

The Event Coordinator is responsible for the overall success of events at our Parade site. This involves coordinating logistics, providing support and ensuring that all event setups are done according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely arrival and setup of equipment and materials.
  • Provide logistical support including site management and contractor management.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure logistical setups are done according to schedule and in a safe manner.
  • Manage contractors' entry into the site and their presence on site.
  • Work closely with other teams to deliver key components.
  • Coordinate with security guards deployed at the site to report any matters or issues within the Parade site.
  • Prepare and set up the site prior to any key component.
  • Assist in supervising rectification works by the contractor and ensure satisfactory handing over of all site matters.
Requirements:
  • Singaporean / PR status.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in event coordination.
  • Preferably experience in event planning.
  • Medically fit.
  • 5 days work week comfortable with working on weekends.
  • Available by mid-November.
  • 3 to 6 months service.
