  • Work Progress Monitoring: The coordinator will be responsible for monitoring work progress on site, collaborating with the design team, and driving innovation and excellence in design development.
  • Material Review: The successful candidate will examine material and shop drawing submissions from subcontractors, verify adherence to approved specifications, and provide insightful updates on project status during progress meetings.
  • Contract Drawing Review: This role involves reviewing contract drawings, identifying discrepancies and requests for information, and ensuring clarity and precision.
  • As-Built Drawing Approval: The coordinator will evaluate and approve architectural as-built drawings, confirming accuracy and compliance.
  • Quantity Surveyor Assistance: This role requires assisting the Site Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in qualifying the need for finishes materials and awarding contracts to suppliers or vendors.
  • Authority Coordination: The successful applicant will coordinate pre-consultations and discussions with authorities for design and submission, ensuring smooth regulatory navigation.
