We are seeking a highly skilled ICIT Installation Engineer to join our team. As an ICIT Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective installation of our network infrastructure.
About the Role:
- Conduct site surveys and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with superiors to develop project schedules and milestones.
- Foster excellent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Utilize expertise in cable routing and containment materials to optimize installations.
- Demonstrate a high level of safety awareness on construction sites.
- SUPERVISE cabling installation work on-site, ensuring timely completion.
- Possess flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond during critical periods.
- Bonus skills: Knowledge of network switch design and security systems, familiarity with construction knowledge, and proficiency in documentation like Permit to Work, Risk Assessment, and Method Statements.
- Be prepared to support both on-site and administrative tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Holds a Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in on-site cabling works supervision.
- Strong basic safety knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Proficient in cabling and termination diagram creation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
