Senior Technical Manager Role

As a seasoned technical leader, you will take full ownership of each project from sales proposals to execution, overseeing the complete lifecycle. You will serve as the key driver of business and technical success, leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining strong alignment with strategic objectives across Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Client & Partner Management:
    Initiate, build, and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and potential partners to support business development and long-term collaboration.
  • Project Strategy & Execution:
    Translate business plans into actionable roadmaps, develop comprehensive project plans, and oversee their implementation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Requirements Analysis & Solution Design:
    Study customer requirements and cooling load profiles across different operational phases, deliver tailored solutions that meet industry-specific needs.
  • Technical Leadership:
    Manage and guide a team of engineers in the design and implementation of industrial cooling systems, projects span multiple industries including Food & Beverage (F&B), Palm Oil Refinery, Cold Storage, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, and Semiconductor.
  • Market & Technology Insight:
    Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments, identify new business opportunities and propose strategies to enhance market position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other related field.
  • Hands-on experience in HVAC or chiller system fabrication and installation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
