Industries Technologist for Cooling Systems

As a Senior Manager, you will take full ownership of each project, overseeing the complete lifecycle from sales proposals to execution. You will serve as the key driver of business and technical success, leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining strong alignment with the company's strategic objectives across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management
- Initiate, build, and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients to support business development and long-term collaboration.
- Project Strategy & Execution
- Translate business plans and budgets into actionable roadmaps. Develop comprehensive project plans and oversee their implementation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
- Study and interpret customer requirements and cooling load profiles across different operational phases. Deliver tailored solutions that meet industry-specific needs.
- Technical Leadership
- Manage and guide a team of engineers in the design and implementation of industrial cooling systems. Projects span multiple industries including Food & Beverage, Palm Oil Refinery, Cold Storage, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, and Semiconductor.
- Market & Technology Insight
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments. Identify new business opportunities and propose strategies to enhance the Group's market position.
Requirements :
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other related degree
- Hands on experience in HVAC or chiller system fabrication and installation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
