Advanced Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Technical Manager to join our team. As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of projects from sales proposals to execution.
You will serve as the key driver of business and technical success, leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining strong alignment with the company's strategic objectives across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:- Client & Partner Management: You will initiate, build, and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and potential partners to support business development and long-term collaboration.
- Project Strategy & Execution: You will translate business plans and budgets into actionable roadmaps, develop comprehensive project plans, and oversee their implementation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Requirements Analysis & Solution Design: You will study and interpret customer requirements and cooling load profiles across different operational phases, delivering tailored solutions that meet industry-specific needs.
- Technical Leadership: You will manage and guide a team of engineers in the design and implementation of industrial cooling systems, spanning multiple industries including food & beverage, palm oil refinery, cold storage, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor.
- Market & Technology Insight: You will monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments, identifying new business opportunities and proposing strategies to enhance the Group's market position.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other related degree.
- Hands on experience in HVAC or chiller system fabrication and installation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
