Job OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional professional to spearhead our student talent attraction and development initiatives. This is a unique chance for a dedicated individual to make a lasting impact on the lives of undergraduate students, fostering their leadership, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance talent development programs for undergraduates, promoting their growth and engagement.
- Partner with schools, offices, and vendors to design and deliver impactful training sessions, workshops, and mentoring initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Monitor program effectiveness, track progress, and drive continuous improvement to ensure maximum impact.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Event Management).
- At least 8 years of experience in managing initiatives such as leadership programs, scholarships, or symposiums.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior leaders and external partners.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, with a passion for education, student development, and talent attraction.
