Director of IT Systems Compliance

The Director of IT Systems Compliance is a crucial role in ensuring global computerized systems adhere to regulatory standards across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will lead a regional team responsible for quality governance of GxP-relevant IT infrastructure and applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement validated systems aligned with the company's LeVA framework, requiring strategic leadership and regulatory expertise.
  • Drive innovation and future-ready validation strategies to support evolving business needs, influencing global stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in (Bio)Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Engineering, IT, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a regulated industry, with at least 5 years in IT quality control.
  • Over 3 years of leadership experience managing international, cross-functional teams, with a proven ability to drive innovation and foster a quality culture.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT system compliance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation in a dynamic environment.
