Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the maintenance of our facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as needed.

  • Organize the maintenance schedule for all equipment in all departments.
  • Carry out all general maintenance work on all equipment, including AHU, Chiller, motor, pump, etc.
  • Perform installation and modification of machines and equipment.
  • Conduct electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machines and equipment.
  • Support plant operation to ensure power, water, aircon, etc., operate normally.
  • Liaise with vendors to do repairs on equipment or processes, cleanliness in plant-level.
  • Purchase components and spare parts related to electrical and control items to minimize costs.
  • Support major plant equipment reset and restart-up activities if breakdowns occur.
  • Daily/periodic checks, records, and feedback on plant facilities equipment for continuous operation, including fire safety systems, ACMV systems, electrical systems, AV systems, and buildings with no disruption to production and support to plant production work requests.
  • Continuously improve work execution on facilities equipment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Above NTC grade 3 in Electrical or Mechanical.
  • More than three years of working experience in maintenance environments.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and Autocad experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

Working Hours: Permanent Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 11:10pm (8 hours shift, 5656 work week). Five days this week, then next week six days.
