Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile bank statements to verify the accuracy of financial records and identify discrepancies. Clear invoices daily and reconcile discrepancies from various forms of payment collections.
  • Manage claims submission for insurance and medisave, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, managing invoices, processing incoming payments, and ensuring timely payment to vendors.
  • Accurately manage inventory, including stock checking, updating, and ordering.
  • Process payroll, handle timesheets, and manage payroll deductions.
  • Create and send invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist with annual audit preparation and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
