We are seeking a skilled Costing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and equipment suppliers to ensure timely submission of tender costing and technical data.
  • Stay up-to-date on market price trends and industry developments to inform project decisions.
  • Oversee tender administration and procedures, including ACMV/Electrical tender submissions.
  • Develop effective strategies for all tendering activities, including planning, control measures, and commercial requirements assessment.
  • Define the scope of work and identify potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Extract Bill of Quantities from drawings, point schedules, and architectural plans to compile accurate tender submissions.
  • Review addendum and corrigendum documents, updating costing summaries and proposals accordingly.
  • Organize and maintain relevant documentation in a systematic manner to facilitate efficient communication.
  • Attend site briefings, meetings, and post-tender interviews as required to ensure effective collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Negotiation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of construction and quantity surveying principles.
  • Experience in cost control, estimates, procurement, and tender submissions.
