Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced butcher to join our retail team. As a skilled meat processor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of product and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Cut, trim, bone, and portion various meats to meet exact specifications and customer preferences.
  • Consistently maintain high-quality standards, handle, and present meat products with precision.
  • Prepare and package meat products with accurate labeling, adhering to food safety guidelines at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a butcher in retail, supermarket, or specialty grocery settings.
  • Expertise in meat processing and use of butchery tools.
  • Familiarity with retail display standards, portioning, and vacuum sealing.
  • A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimally Level 1).
