In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial support to the Investment team, including managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders in China and Hong Kong.
