Job Description:

  • We are looking for a skilled communicator who can establish rapport with diverse groups, showcasing our healthcare offerings through engaging corporate events and roadshows.
  • This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor to connect with the public, sharing our services and promoting health and wellness.
  • The Healthcare Ambassador will conduct simple health screenings (training provided) to support the community's well-being.
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate client records are crucial aspects of this position.
  • Effective financial management and payment processing for events are essential responsibilities.
  • Generating leads through cold calling and other sales strategies is also a key requirement.
  • Supporting the team with various tasks and projects from management is an integral part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to start conversations quickly and build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Comfortable with face-to-face sales interactions and willing to meet targets.
  • Prior sales experience is an advantage, but not required - we provide comprehensive training.
  • Capable of communicating basic English and Mandarin to engage Mandarin-speaking customers; additional languages are a plus.
  • Responsible, reliable, and a team player with a genuine interest in healthcare and wellness.
