Job Opportunity: Condominium Site Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily condominium site operations to ensure seamless day-to-day management.
- Engage and manage external contractors for repairs and maintenance as directed by clients.
- Manage contracts and performance of service providers through regular on-site checks.
- Convene and attend all meetings, prepare meeting minutes and reports.
- Address resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit annual operational plans aligned with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, government regulations, and industry standards.
- Process and assist in preparing documents for major projects as directed when necessary.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Estate Management, Building, Engineering or related field with a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Mature individual with leadership skills to drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Candidate with a certificate in Property Management will have an added advantage.
