Marketing Manager, APeA

About the Role
This is a key position in the creation, development, and implementation of holistic marketing collaterals, channel partner programs, and e-commerce in APeA. The successful candidate will work closely across departments, especially with the Sales and Product Management teams, and with various agencies to execute e-commerce, digital, and channel marketing strategies and initiatives effectively in APeA.
Key Responsibilities
- Play a significant role in the creation, development, and execution of e-commerce marketing strategies to meet business-to-business channel objectives.
- Drive digital strategy for the website, social media, and online platforms.
- Implement tools and technologies to maximize media and marketing campaign efficiency.
- Drive various online and offline marketing initiatives, across social media, display, app, and email marketing, affiliate, and more.
- Develop creative digital marketing ideas, content, and carry out A/B tests.
- Evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness, providing insights to drive and optimize KPIs (i.e., traffic, engagement, conversion, ROAS) in various digital marketing funnels for the business.
- Develop all marketing communications and social media campaigns in collaboration with the creative team and product team to ensure all promotions are planned and executed on schedule.
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, CRM, and loyalty programs.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Liaise with partners for joint promotion opportunities.
- Develop all internal and external communication vehicles, which could include social media, e-commerce, website content, in-store merchandizing, POSM.
- Plan and manage digital and channel marketing activities with the Senior Marketing Manager for promotions, new product launches, influencer engagement, events, and more.
- Budget tracking and management for local marketing execution.
- Marketing campaigns' execution, tracking, and reports preparation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience managing marketing projects.
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications (or related field).
- Proven communication and organizational skills. Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Possesses organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate with associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner.
