Job DescriptionThe Executive Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the front office operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests warmly and efficiently assisting with arrival and departure procedures
- Handling guest feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services and amenities
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
