Residential Coach Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Coach to join our team. As a Residential Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to lead meaningful and independent lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and support to residents in daily living skills, such as household chores, time management, and social interactions. They will also work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with people with ASD and want to make a positive impact in their lives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of autism and its associated challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents in developing daily living skills, including household chores, meal preparation, and time management
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
• Provide guidance and support to residents in social interactions, including conflict resolution and relationship building

Requirements:

• Min GCE 'O' level with 1-2 years working experience
• Possess knowledge and understanding of autism and its associated challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
