Support Coordinator for Individuals with Autism

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Coordinator to support adults on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to empower individuals by showing respect and support for their choices and needs, as well as helping them achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing coaching in Residential Living Skills such as maintaining household chores, managing time, and living with others.
  • Ensuring safety and security of residents at all times, responding to emergencies as required.
  • Co-developing house rules with residents, ensuring accountability for household duties, and providing opportunities for social interactions and community.
Requirements:
  • Mínimum GCE 'O' Level with 1-2 years working experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of autism and skills in housekeeping.
  • Good interpersonal and relational skills.
  • Passion to work with individuals on the autism spectrum.
