**Program / Project Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program / Project Manager to join our Group Operation & Technology Division at OCBC Bank. As a key member of our Technology Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for managing IT projects and programs that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business users, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management in IT, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Over 5 years of experience in program management, with a strong understanding of program governance and risk management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of finance domain, including general ledger, accounts payable, enterprise performance management, and data management.
  • Experience in handling data warehouse and/or Hadoop-related projects.
  • Understanding of technical aspects of system integration in a mixed technology environment.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary education required.
  • Certification or formal training in project management is an advantage.
